Goal Alignment Workshop + Blueprint for Success

I co-facilitated a strategic workshop with senior account leads from Accenture, Microsoft, and Avanade for a leading global snack company. The workshop addressed a critical challenge: despite being key partners, the account leads lacked visibility into each other’s work streams with the client, leading to misaligned efforts and missed sales opportunities.

Through the goal alignment workshop, we identified shared objectives and streamlined them to align with the client’s future vision and strategic initiatives. I took the lead in analyzing workshop results and synthesizing the outputs into a clear and actionable timeline. This visual blueprint for success not only articulated the agreed-upon goals, but also outlined a recurring meeting cadence to foster ongoing collaboration and ensure sustained alignment among the partners.
